Hey there,

I was raised in New Jersey as the youngest of three and now call Gainesville, Florida home, where I live with my partner, three dogs, and two cats.

My journey into birth work began when my cousin experienced a twin pregnancy. I was thirteen years old and spent that summer captivated by babies, birth, and the innate connection we share with one another and the world around us. Since then, I have dedicated my time to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum while advocating for informed consent, reproductive justice, and compassionate, evidence-based care. Since 2018, I have served my community as an advocate for survivors and families on the precipice of parenthood. My work is grounded in the belief that everybody deserves respectful care, access to accurate information, and the support needed to make decisions that align with their values, goals, and lived experiences.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of witnessing the strength, wisdom, and resilience families bring to their birth experiences. These moments continue to shape my approach to care, reminding me that birth is not only a physical event, but also a profound transformation that can ripple through generations. I offer care rooted in presence, respect, and a deep belief in our innate knowing. Whether I'm supporting you through pregnancy, birth, or the tender postpartum days, my intention is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered as you navigate one of life's most significant transitions.

My work is centered on strengthening connections between families, midwives, and healthcare systems while helping cultivate a more collaborative and supportive birth culture. I believe communities thrive when care is relationship-based, informed, and accessible.

Outside of birth work, I find joy in: thrifting for hidden treasures, walking local trails, getting my hands in the soil, and spending time with my family. These moments keep me grounded and connected to my community, the natural world, and the place I call home.

It is an honor to hold space for the big and little moments of expansion, surrender, growth, and becoming. I believe that when families are supported, informed, and trusted, they are better able to step into parenthood with confidence, connection, and a deeper trust in themselves.
